FAQs
Why is the rated capacity 12000mAh?
Power banks quote capacity at the battery’s 3.7V. When charging a phone at 5V, voltage conversion lowers the usable figure, so the rated capacity is 12000mAh at 5V/3A. This is normal for every power bank and still gives several full phone charges.
Can it charge 3 devices at once?
Yes, through its 2 USB-A ports and 1 Type-C port. When several ports are used together, the total output is shared at 5V/3A.
Does it fast-charge iPhone and Android?
It supports PD 3.0, QC 3.0, AFC, FCP, SCP and PE. Fast charging also needs a compatible phone and cable.
How do I recharge the power bank?
Through the Type-C or Micro-USB input.
How long does delivery take?
Delivered in 1–4 working days.
