Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

Parcel Opening Policy

As per courier company policy:

The parcel cannot be opened before payment has been completed.

Please do not request or argue with the courier rider to open the parcel before payment, as riders are not authorized to allow this.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or different product, you may request an exchange within 3 days according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
