When you received our parcel don’t forget to make a video Before you open the product must be clearly shown on the video when the video is taken, video should be taken close to the product and proper packaging should be shown. Video from a Distance will not be accepted as evidence. So that we can replace products. In case you get a wrong Product Or any Damaged Product.

Without video no cut no pause clip you would not be able to claim or we will not replace any Product or accept any kind of arguments.

3 Days valid to claim the the Product. Product will not be return, only exchange/Replace.

Exchange Product will take 1-3 weeks. Our Team will contact you regarding this after you mark an “Subject: Exchange the Product” Email.
